2011 Sparkling Cyder

With spare tank capacity in the winery in 2011, we collected apples from local Sussex orchards.

We then processed the apples in the same way we create our sparkling wines, fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottle aged on the lees. The result, some 9 years later, is a wonderfully luxurious cyder like no other.

Dry and refreshing, this cyder is an excellent aperitif, best experienced in Champagne flutes.
