Introducing our 2018 Classic Cuvée, a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. It showcases pale gold color with aromas of citrus zest and orchard fruits. The flavours include crisp apple, baked pear, almond notes, with hints of brioche and mineral freshness. Aged over 5 years, it boasts vibrant acidity and a creamy finish.
In 2018, we enjoyed a perfect growing season with warmth and sunshine, ideal for ripening the grapes in our Classic Cuvée blend. Made using the traditional method and disgorged after more than 5 years on its lees, this wine perfectly showcases the conditions of an outstanding vintage.

A medium gold hue with a persistent, fine bead and mousse. The aroma is clean, offering notes of honey and caramelised apple.
Thanks to extended lees ageing, the honeyed character carries through to the palate, beautifully balanced by crisp acidity and subtle hints of melon, cucumber, thyme, and orange blossom. It finishes long and vinous.
Aged for over 8 years on the lees, this wine boasts remarkable complexity—a superb example of an English, 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine.

Each was selected for its potential to produce exceptional sparkling wines that reflect our family-owned vineyard.
