We are incredibly lucky at Tickerage to have everything we need on site to produce top quality sparkling wines. It starts with the site, is vitally dependent on the weather and finally requires the right equipment and personnel.

The time spent from picking our wholly estate grown grapes to pressing is a matter of a couple of hours, producing the best quality juice possible. Zero food miles isn’t even a thing, we’re practically zero food metres!

Once our wines have matured and ready for sale we love the fact most of them are destined for local delivery. We try and make as many of these deliveries personally, slightly further afield and we use a local, dedicated food and wine delivery specialist. For the wines that are destined for a nationwide adventure we have a fantastic courier company that offers next day delivery.
