1: Age verification

By using this site you confirm you are over the age of 18.  See also point 2.1

2: Delivery

2.1 A signature will be required and, at the courier’s discretion, a suitable ID. If the customer is unable to fulfil these requirements the courier will not deliver the order and the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.

2.2 Tickerage use an overnight courier service to deliver throughout mainland UK. Tickerage will endeavour to deliver before 4pm on the next working day (excluding weekends) for orders placed before 1pm.  Adverse weather conditions or peak periods may extend delivery times. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day. Timed Saturday deliveries are available for an extra charge.  Whilst Tickerage will endeavour to meet the above standard, Anthony Budd Vineyards LLP will not be liable for loss, damage or expense suffered by the customer or third party arising from the failure to deliver on or by a specified date.

2.3 Some postcodes outside of England accrue additional postal charges, if this is the case with your order, we will be in touch to discuss delivery options once the order has been placed, alternatively please contact us to discuss prior to placing your order.

2.4 All wines or goods remain the property of Anthony Budd Vineyards LLP until payment is received in full.

2.5 Please inspect the delivery before signing. Whilst every endeavour is made to package each bottle to ensure safe delivery, accidents do happen. Our couriers are instructed not to deliver if there has been a breakage. The delivery will be returned to us and we will contact you to rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Signing for delivery will be confirmation that the purchaser accepts the goods.
