The philosophy behind Tickerage is simple: to create wines that reflect and celebrate the natural environment from which they originate. We believe each wine should tell its own story, allowing us to share the wines we love with you.
Our sparkling wines are crafted using the Traditional Method, spending at least five years in the bottle undergoing secondary fermentation on the lees. All our wines are produced from the grapes harvested in each specific year, capturing the true expression of the growing season and showcasing the unique characteristics of our vineyards.
Our Classic Cuvée range showcases the art of blending Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier in a Traditional Method Sparkling Wine. Each vintage reflects the unique character of the growing year, offering a new experience with every bottle.

Our Blanc de Blancs range is a true showstopper, crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which many consider the purest expression of sparkling wine. Our Pinot Meunier range is a delightful addition to our collection, showcasing 100% Pinot Meunier in a unique and exciting expression. Often referred to as Blanc de Noirs, this white wine made from red grapes is a real standout. With plenty of ageing under its belt, this sparkling wine is versatile and perfect for various occasions, from hosting a casual gathering to celebrating an elegant meal.

Our Col Fondo wine range is a unique and exciting offering that celebrates traditional winemaking techniques. This collection includes a white, rosé, and "red," each crafted from our estate-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with the rosé and "red" variations containing a touch of our Rondo and Regent grapes, normally reserved for our personal stock of red wine. Col Fondo wines undergo minimal intervention and are bottled with natural sediment, giving them a charming, rustic character. These versatile wines are lighter in alcohol than our core range, perfect for various occasions, such as casual gatherings, BBQs, and light meals. Our Sparkling Rosé is a beloved addition to our collection, consistently a favourite, especially for Zena. We intentionally keep production low, using only the finest grapes to create this signature wine. After extended ageing on the lees, we add a small amount of our Rondo/Regent wine to restore the delightful pink hue lost during disgorging. This sparkling rosé offers incredible versatility, making it perfect for a lunchtime toast with friends, pairing beautifully with a variety of dishes, or even enjoyed by the fire on a chilly evening to evoke the warmth of sunnier days. While we specialise in sparkling wines, our Still Wines range showcases the exceptional quality of our vineyards in remarkable years, such as 2018. This vintage allowed for the perfect ripening of our fruits, resulting in delightful wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. Our 2018 Chardonnay and Rosé exemplify this commitment to quality, featuring fresh, vibrant flavours and excellent balance. Since our 2009 Sparkling Rosé won silver at the International Wine Challenge, we have received a number of medals for our wines across the years.
In 2016, our 2010 Classic Cuvée was awarded Silver in the International Wine Challenge, while most recently, in 2020, our 2011 Blanc de Blancs, 2014 Classic Cuvée, 2013 Sparkling Rosé, and the 2018 Chardonnay picked up medals at the Independent English Wine Awards.
